The customer service is especially good, which means any problems are resolved quickly and effectively. Subject line says it all really. Very very pleased with the look, function and ease of use of the Epic template and Imageshow. I made a couple of, well, silly mistakes on my end getting things up and running and support was fast and forthcoming from Joomlashine.
The documentation for both products is fantastic and give great guidance to getting full use of your purchase. My only "complaint" is that I wish they had more extensions on offer so that i could spend more time on the content of my site rather than scouring the extension directory at joomla.

Then I came to your site and was impressed by your work. I recently bought The JSN Epic for developers and Just finished reading your customization an configuration documents. I must say you have an edge over your competitors. Bravo. Great documentation and really really professional quality products.

I will just say that Im very pleased with the products I have bought, epic, dome and image show. Its very good designed products and very stable and the best of all, the support is very very good, I love this Firm… and will buy more templates etc. in the future.

Having downloaded JSN Epic Template I experienced a few set up problems, however the excellent support from the Joomlashine team kept my spirits high! Can’t praise them enough – Excellent.
In addition the number of modules with the flexibility of changing CSS etc is so well presented well done!
